What are 5 things every digital age learning leader should be able to do?
Able to:
Listen & Communicate
Manage Change
Manage project planning & implementation
Accept & learn from failure
Play, master & teach technology tools.
While reflecting and brainstorming my response to this question, I realized that these attriubtes are core leadership abilities that are timeless except for one. The first four abilities were needed for leaders since the beginning of time. All leaders have to communicate, manage change and projects and have the ability to learn from failure. Today's leaders must be proficient in technology and have the ability to learn new technology applications.
